Lou Zivanovic, Founder

Over the past 30 years, Lou's in depth knowledge and extensive experience in construction has been instrumental to his success in leading a vision to create and deliver award winning design projects. Lou's ambition of achieving a legacy of improving people's lives continues to be driven by his appreciation for design and commitment to collaborating with leading consultants to deliver remarkable places connecting people.

Andrew James, Chief Executive Officer

Andrew leads CABE serving as its Chief Executive Officer. He has over 20 years’ experience in property development, investment and architecture, both in Australia and overseas, managing the delivery of residential projects value combined in excess of $1Billion. After starting his career in architecture, Andrew went on to holding development roles in private companies and Australia's largest listed real estate companies, including Stockland. Andrew advised some of Australia's leading development and financial institutions, private high net-worth individuals, international investors, hoteliers and foreign companies looking to enter the Australian market. He has considerable experience in the development and management of residential, hotel, commercial and retail assets along with a passion to use this experience to deliver projects to the highest standards on every individual element from design and marketing through to delivery. Andrew understands the important role developers hold in creating a better future by making a better environment and creating places in which people, business, culture and society can thrive.

Joe Bevacqua, Development Manager

Joe joined Cabe as Development Manager in July 2013 and brings to Cabe +20 year’s experience gained within the property industry. Joe’s core strength is whole of project Development expertise. With extensive experience in managing large and mid scale developments including retail, commercial and residential projects through conception, acquisition, development, implementation and finalisation phases, Joe has delivered total combined Gross Realisations in excess of $800m. Prior to joining Cabe, Joe held senior roles with Sunland Group, Meriton, Country Garden, Penrith Lakes Development Corporation and Exceland Property Group. He brings to each project expertise in understanding market conditions that ultimately delivers a product well accepted in the Market. Joe’s abilities and experience adds value to each project through his acute understanding of development and market processes.

Jason Pittman, Development Director

Jason is the Development Director at CABE and has over 25 years’ experience gained within the property and engineering industry. With extensive experience in managing large and mid-scale developments, including luxury apartments, mixed-use developments, residential subdivisions, commercial projects and architecturally designed homes.

Jason has a demonstrated history of working in development from acquisition, conception, planning, design, marketing, sales, construction through to delivery.
