ESQ 1818 Penrith gets the go ahead for stage 1
Award winning Sydney developer, CABE has just received DA approval for Stage 1 of its $500M ESQ 1818 (East Side Quarter) mixed-use development in Sydney’s Penrith. The 850-apartment master-planned development designed by the award-winning Turner Architects will feature retail, lake frontage, communal spaces and landscaped boulevards, nature walks and running tracks.
