Lou Zivanovic

Managing Director

Lou has been involved in many aspects of the Development and Construction Industry over the past 30 years. During this period, Lou formed the view that ‘quality will sell' and that few developers were embracing this doctrine.

As a result Lou formed CABE Developments in 1999 with the vision to create a specialist development company that controlled every aspect of a project from inception to completion.

CABE's commitment to each development is testament to Lou's philosophy. The strength of this commitment is reflected in the beliefs, customer focus and dedication to deliver. Each project undertaken has set new records in design and sales. The outcome for CABE's customers is representative of Lou's philosophy – 'Quality Will Sell'.

CABE's handpicked management team is reflective of the professional approach Lou has sought to build the business upon. Each member of the CABE team has been chosen due to their own record of being instrumental in the development and construction of a large number of prestigious projects. Consequently, CABE's growing record in residential design and development speaks for itself – CABE – Lou Zivanovic’s 'Vision Made Real'.

 

Davin Finn

General Manager

Davin joined CABE as General Manager in February 2010. Davin brings to CABE more than 15 years experience in development and construction. Davin has a strong background in large commercial, retail, residential and mixed use developments from inception to completion.

Prior to joining CABE, Davin was with the Lend Lease Group for over 12 years in various roles and has progressed within the industry through management of a diverse range of projects. His most recent role prior to joining CABE was as Project Director on a $500m mixed use development in Sydney. Davin was also the recipient of an Australian Institute of Building - Professional Excellence Award in 2007.

Davin oversees the management and operation of all CABE’s projects from initiation to completion.

 

Andrew Suttie

Chief Financial Controller

Andrew joined CABE in 2010 as the Group Financial Controller. Andrew brings a wide range of experience to the team with over 15 years experience on large scale development and construction projects ranging from infrastructure, residential, commercial and retail.

Andrew is a Certified Practicing Accountant and experienced Quantity Surveyor who brings an ability to manage successful outcomes for multiple stakeholders to our business, developed in his time with Abi Group and then Lend Lease as a Commercial Manager.

 

Daniel Dugina

Senior Development Manager

Daniel brings to CABE extensive development knowledge and experience having worked for medium to large corporations across a wide range of asset classes on projects in Australia, Middle East and Europe.

Over the past 10 years Daniel has managed some major flagship development projects both in Australia and overseas from project identification and deal structuring through to operations and exit.

Most recently prior to joining CABE, Daniel was the Senior Development Manager for the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) in Abu Dhabi responsible for their residential development portfolio and prior to that Daniel held development roles with leading property development organisations Omniyat Properties, Skanska and VicUrban..

Daniel is responsible for CABE’s development projects including feasibility analysis, site acquisition, authority approvals and deal structuring.

Sonya Keenan

Sales & Marketing Manager

Sonya has spent the last 15 years working in senior sales and marketing roles within organizations that include Mirvac, Lend Lease, APN and Coles Myer. With a diverse range of industry experience gained in Retail, Media and Commercial and Residential property.

She believes that her role is adding value to an organization through understanding the needs and wants of customers and other key stakeholders and then developing strategic and tactical campaigns to deliver the right products, at the right time and price.

Educated in Brisbane, she has worked in major regional centers such as Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton as well as major capital cites of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.  This experience has offered her the opportunity to gain an insight into the similarity and differences of the diverse Australia property and retail markets.

Steve McMahon

Senior Project Manager

Steve joined CABE as a Project Manager in January 2002.  Since that time he has successfully completed CABE’s most recent projects and is currently our Senior Project Manager responsible for our current residential apartments under development in both Queensland and NSW.

Steve’s career spans over 20 years and prior to joining CABE, Steve held project management and supervision roles with FDC, St Hilliers, Castleford Projects, GT Constructions and Juniper Constructions.  Steve has also successfully operated and managed his own business.

Steve brings to CABE a well-developed career in construction and project management, contract negotiation and implementation on projects in NSW and QLD.

 

Brad McDonall

Group Administration Manager

Brad joined CABE as Group Administrative Manager in September 2002. Brad has been an exceptional addition to the team with over 20 years experience in the administration of a wide cross-section of projects.

Brad has continued to refine the administrative and procedural aspects since joining CABE from Walter Constructions Group (formally Concrete Constructions). In his time at Walter Constructions Group, Brad oversaw the administration and operations of in excess of 20 projects completed by the group. Projects ranged in value from $6 Million to $180 Million.

Brad is responsible for the implementation and refinement of administrative procedures and systems, cost reporting, cash flow analysis and the overall administration of our projects.
