‘Soleil’ Selling Fast

Following from the success of the recently completed and multiple award winning development, Sanctum, South Cronulla, CABE’s latest luxury apartment development in the area, ‘Soleil’ has almost sold out.

Soliel is due for completion in July this year and CABE is confident the development will follow in the footsteps of the ‘Sanctum’ development which is regarded as the one of the area’s finest and most environmentally-sensitive residences.

Soleil is another CABE collaboration with architects Peter Conley & Associates, who together have created five iconic beachfront developments on Queensland’s famous Kelly’s Beach at Bargara as well as Sanctum at South Cronulla and Ocean at Narrabeen Beach.

Astute purchasers have quickly realized that Soleil is a rare and highly regarded development which has led to the project selling fast with one apartment remaining. With construction well and truly underway, new owners are scheduled to move in towards the beginning of August.
