‘Soleil’ Selling Fast
Following from the success of the recently completed and multiple award winning development, Sanctum, South Cronulla, CABE’s latest luxury apartment development in the area, ‘Soleil’ has almost sold out.
Soliel is due for completion in July this year and CABE is confident the development will follow in the footsteps of the ‘Sanctum’ development which is regarded as the one of the area’s finest and most environmentally-sensitive residences.
Soleil is being built next door to Sactum and granted, the architectural style of both buildings is similar, it is CABE’s intention to create a luxury precinct and showcase our unwavering commitment to quality.
What has changed is that apartments at Soleil are even bigger, and CABE promises that they will even be better than those at Sanctum.
The 12 north-facing apartments range in size from 141 to 147sqm internally, which is 9-13% larger than Sanctum. The balconies, courtyards and private gardens can add as much as 150sqm of external space.
CABE set a design benchmark with Sanctum; now we are raising the bar.
Soleil is another CABE collaboration with architects Peter Conley & Associates, who together have created five iconic beachfront developments on Queensland’s famous Kelly’s Beach at Bargara as well as Sanctum at South Cronulla and Ocean at Narrabeen Beach.
Astute purchasers have quickly realized that Soleil is a rare and highly regarded development which has led to the project selling fast with one apartment remaining. With construction well and truly underway, new owners are scheduled to move in towards the beginning of August.
Soleil has clean lines, a compact linear profile, a tapered roofline and eye-pleasing setbacks, with a rendered masonry façadeand a rich palette of finishes, including natural copper cladding and a hand-crafted stone feature wall.
Located between Gunnamatta Bay and Shelley Beach, the discrete, three-storey building will haveextensive landscaping, further adding cosmopolitan sophistication to the area’s relaxed beachside ambiance.
The private northerly decks are bordered by a mix of planter boxes, glass balustrades, louvres and screens, with full-height sliding and stacking doors.
Solid Australian hardwood floors flow seamlessly from the interiors to the decks, suiting a languid lifestyle of shorts and bare feet.
