‘Saltwater’ Now Complete

CABE has just completed its fifth luxury development in Bargara, ‘Saltwater’ on Kelly’s Beach

The construction of ‘Saltwater’ commenced in February 2010 and just 12 months on, the record breaking development is now complete.

The apartments already sold in the development have set regional price records including a top floor apartment for $2.66 Million. The remaining apartments start from $1.190 Million.

Designed by Queensland’s award-winning architect Peter Conley & Associates, ‘Saltwater’ apartments all have high ceilings and full-height sliding doors to take advantage of the uninterrupted beach vistas.
