The construction works consisted of the sensitive clearing of bush, the provision of services to the site, construction of roads and entry statements, plus the overall landscaping of the site

Baulkham Hills Shire Council has stated that Ilarita Ridge is now the benchmark for Rural Residential Subdivision in the Hills District.
