The design, development and construction of an Apartment Development consisting of 23 x 3-bedroom and 4 x 2+study apartments.

The development consists of two buildings:

• Block A – 15 apartments over three (3) levels, plus 39 car spaces contained in an underground basement.
• Block B – 12 apartments over two (2) levels, plus 32 car spaces contained in an underground basement.
• Both buildings have a lift.

Construction Period: Commenced November 2001 - Completed September 2002
Development Value: $11 million

Achievements
CABE set out to create a development that set a new benchmark for residential apartment living in the Hills District. Prices achieved in the development set sales records for apartments in the Hills District no less than eight times.
