A collaboration between award-winning architectural firm Marchese & Partners and interior design company Pike Withers to produce a design, encompassing 40 apartments and 4 commercial units.
Design
In keeping with the eclectic mix of industrial and residential buildings in the surrounding area, BASE is a mixture of apartment styles. Created in the form of studios, one bedroom, one bedroom plus study and two bedroom apartments, BASE caters for a variety of different lifestyles.
BASE inspires style and comfort with its international fittings and fixtures. The interplay of glass, solids and lines express a unique sense of form allowing the space to capture brilliant light and natural ventilation, which in turn generates a gentle and unsurpassed ambience.
